We are happy to accept exchanges or returns within 7 days of receiving your order. However, all products that are on sale can not be exchanged or returned. Once a sale item is purchased, the sale is final.

 All exchanges and returns MUST be returned in their original unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags still attached (if applicable). Postage back to us for an item to be exchanged is the responsibility of the customer. All return items can only be returned for store credit ONLY. No refunds are given.

Cosmetics, swimwear, tableware, socks, pacifiers, teethers, and toothbrushes are non-exchangeable products and all sales are final once purchased due to hygienic reasons.
